Located since 2008 just a few meters from the Place du Vieux-Marché, Olivier and Franceska Bastien allow their customers to eat morning, noon and evening. The earliest ones will find pastries and breads straight out of the oven. Those leaving offices and shops will come to have lunch in the form of sandwiches with original flavours, new timbales to reheat in the microwave or large pizzas cut by the side. The most curious can also discover the "Rouennais", a delicacy made with caramel, vanilla and apple and pear sauce. Special mention for cookies with original flavours: hazelnut, pistachio, caramel... In addition to traditional strawberry and raspberry pies and tarts, Olivier Bastien adapts to customer demand by making cakes with a personalised decor.
