Located in one of the busiest shopping areas on the right bank, this friendly - and always bustling - bakery is full of fresh products entirely shaped by hand and made at home. If the true French baguette is one of Alain Lemire’s strengths, this craftsman expresses his talent and know-how through his macarons and their fifteen flavours (pink, violet, coconut, strawberry, chocolate, four spices…), his homemade fruit pastes without additives or dyes, his spiced bread and ice cream, all natural.

Gâteaux pas exceptionnels. Je trouve que ça en perd depuis le changement de propriétaire. Heureusement que le sourire des vendeuses rattrape le coup car la patronne n'est pas franchement aimable

Pour mon anniversaire, j'ai pris le gâteau sans gluten et aux framboises. ma femme en le goûtant a déclaré à la première bouchée : "Quand on imagine manger un gâteau, on imagine qu'il a ce goût-là !". Vivement le prochain ! Personnellement, j'ai enfin trouvé MA boulangerie !
