Located in one of the busiest shopping areas on the right bank, this friendly - and always bustling - bakery is full of fresh products entirely shaped by hand and made at home. If the true French baguette is one of Alain Lemire’s strengths, this craftsman expresses his talent and know-how through his macarons and their fifteen flavours (pink, violet, coconut, strawberry, chocolate, four spices…), his homemade fruit pastes without additives or dyes, his spiced bread and ice cream, all natural.

Première visite depuis la retraite de Lemire et la reprise, vraiment pas déçue. Le fraisier est à tomber. Brioche tourée excellente et les pains au chocolat et croissants sont délicieux !!! A bientôt !!

Etant nouveau dans le quartier, j'ai voulu tester hier leur pain ... baguette sèche et non faite sur place à mon avis. Du congelé c'est dommage !! Pas mieux en face pour info.
Pourquoi vous ne faites pas de pain frais, pétri à la boulangerie, de façon artisanal ?? C'est quand même la moindre des choses quand on est boulanger ! Les gâteaux et viennoiseries très moyen aussi je trouve.
