For many years now, Christelle and Xavier Letrésor have been making pastry and bakery rhyme with fantasy in their store. Traditional and special breads and sweet products are made in the old-fashioned way and homemade, with a wide range of choices available every day. If you come here for the pleasure of eating, you can also take advantage of it to eat. Une excellente boulangerie, au choix de patisseries aussi admirable que leur gout. Cela dit les boulangères pourraient être plus aimables, et je suis souvent un peu mal a l'aise en sortant, mais apres tout, quel péril ne braverait on pas pour d'aussi bons gateaux!

Délicieuse tartes aux myrtilles !! Etant mon dessert préféré, j'en cherchais sur Rouen. Malgré qu'elle n'en fasse pas d'habitude, la boulangère m'a très gentiment proposé de rappeler pour discuter avec le pâtisser. Celui ci s'est adapté à ma demande et le résultat était à la hauteur de mes espérance avec une patte sablée qui s'est bien découpée, des myrtilles au sirop, des myrtilles fraîches succulentes et une chantilly qui a très bien tenue. La devanture est discrète mais n'hésitez pas à rentrez si vous avez un bon coup de fourchette :)
