Considered by many as one of the best bakeries in Rouen, Christophe Cressent’s establishment has been a hit since it opened in 2010. The baker, elected best worker in France in 2000, took advantage of this recognition to open a second shop in the Saint-Marc district. On its shelves, a wide variety of special breads, but also and above all pastries, the gourmet sin of the house, including the unavoidable éclairs in various flavours.
