Considered by many as one of the best bakeries in Rouen, Christophe Cressent’s establishment has been a hit since it opened in 2010. The baker, elected best worker in France in 2000, took advantage of this recognition to open a second shop in the Saint-Marc district. On its shelves, a wide variety of special breads, but also and above all pastries, the gourmet sin of the house, including the unavoidable éclairs in various flavours. An essential stop for a gourmet break!

ADOREEE, la Brioche caramel mon chocolat je valide fort????. (Petite review sur mon insta Moumou.arx)
Les croissant et pain choco sont bon mais pas ce que je recommande.
-Les Brioches fourrées sont super tendre et pas trop sucré .
-Le cookie ???? caramel est mon préféré, le caramel est biem moelleux et coulant et le cookies croustillant et bien tendre.
-Les éclairs sont juste merveilleux, un nuage ☁️ a l'intérieur et croustillant de l'extérieur.
Mon préféré l'éclair vanille pecan, celui au glaçage blanc.

We had to queue in to get in to order which screams how good this place is. We got some pain au chocolat et une pâtisserie vanille which was so silky smooth.. ????

L'éclair vanille noix de pecan ! Un délice ! J'ai faillit faire demi tour pour en reprendre un !

Cette brioche n'était pas bonne et notre palais sait apprécier les mets ! Nous l'avons goûté des notre retour à la maison soit vers 17h ! Donc, nous ne reprendrons pas de galette ! La relation clients est importante !
