There aren’t many bakeries in Rouen where you can buy organic, expertly-made sourdough bread - and good bread at that! Frédéric Hamelin, a gifted and passionate craftsman, has made no mistake: he offers a range of special and traditional breads never before available in Rouen. And the public is more than happy to sample a nutty loaf, a seeded loaf or a Swedish baguette. But that’s not all, of course. On the sweet side, the man works wonders. We can’t fail to be delighted by his gourmet desserts based on fruit, caramel and, of course, chocolate!
