In the Grain of Salt, Chef Stéphane Pollet offers praise and enchantment thanks to the quality of the proposed plates. This restaurant has nothing to do with its gastronomic equals. Indeed, it is delicious to eat well thanks to an efficient and refined kitchen, concocted with local products, such as beef from Normandy, but also fish (trout, herring, burbot, turbot…). The chef revisits classic dishes by adding a personal touch, without ever falling into excess of zeal: Noix nuts odawara to half-salt butter; roast bar net, red cabbage cabbage and apple in the oven; supreme poultry Auge Valley; The hotel was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean.

Le parking a besoin d'un nivellement plein de trous
