A mon arrivé je signal un problème dans la douche, le jour même pas réglé, je resignal, le 2ieme jour un employé me dit c'est réparé, au final rien a était fait, je resignal au 3 ieme un employé. Me dit oui c'est marqué réparé sur le cahier et en parallèle la responsable du jour me dit le réparateur n'est pas venu, donc un mensonge et on me propose un verre gratuit, alors que j'ai un problème dans la douche. Comment un hôtel peut se permettre autant d'incompétence. Je suis très très déçu que l'on se soit autant foutu de ma gueule avec des mensonges grossiers. Chambre 278 pour info.

J'ai réservé cet hôtel en pensant qu'il y avait un restaurant. Je n'ai pas été très heureux de constater qu'il n'y en avait pas, si j'avais su j'aurais séjourné ailleurs.
La chambre était trop petite. Je n'ai vraiment pas aimé cet hôtel.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel parce qu'il était proche de la ville et de l'autoroute. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Il y a un parking public devant l'hôtel et un parking pour les clients derrière l'hôtel, sécurisé par un portail. Une visite à Omaha Beach est un must si vous êtes déjà à Rouen. Le petit déjeuner était correct mais je n'ai pas trouvé de description des saucisses et du fromage frais. Le personnel était très aimable et parlait très bien anglais. Je recommanderais cet hôtel OUI.
