Veines Urbaines is the urban art event of the Rouen agglomeration not to be missed. A real meeting point for urban cultures, it’s an opportunity to attend graffiti performances, hip-hop shows, dance initiations, rollerblading or skateboarding courses, and of course to see exhibitions (urbex photos, computer graphics, paintings, etc.) of some thirty local and national artists... The festival highlights the urban cultures of the Rouen Metropolis. A means of artistic expression to discover.
