In this typically Norman inn, the refined gastronomy of the chef is fully appreciated. We particularly like the seafood, brilliantly prepared: duo of salmon and tuna with hot sesame dressing, sea bass on creamy peas... The meats are just as tasty, especially the lamb confit with ginger.

Ne pas se laisser abuser par la simplicité du terme auberge. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service irréprochable, la cuisine très savoureuse. Large choix de vins y/c belles bouteilles à des prix abordables. Et de façon générale un excellent rapport qualité prix. Une chance au fond qu'un tel établissement si bien tenu existe encore.
