Set on the edge of the cliff not far from Étretat, the restaurant certainly offers one of the finest views of the Normandy coast. As far as the eye can see, in a contemporary setting with an all-glass facade, the English Channel and the sky, to be experienced especially at sunset. The chef defends a fine traditional cuisine à la carte, with a good marine note: seafood platter, rock fish soup from the Côte d'Albâtre, fricassee of veal kidneys flambéed in Calvados, back of cod lacquered with sesame oil and honey, a cocoa cookie and creamy tonka bean.
