Le Cochon Volant is a must for lovers of traditional cuisine. Stone walls, wooden tables and chairs the likes of which you don't see much anymore, red banquettes and chalk-white slates... The atmosphere is friendly, without fuss, and conducive to conversation. As for the menu, I promise you're in for a treat at lunchtime and in the evening. The dishes honor the reputation of our beloved French and even regional cuisine (andouillette AAAAA, veal sweetbreads, whole duck breast, pork chop, lamprey and snails à la bordelaise, cocotte eggs with foie gras).
