To say that Hélène and Sebastien are greedy and gourmets is a gentle euphemism. Indeed, between who has fun reinventing the pastry and Mrs., who tastes absolutely everything before presenting the products in store, you will understand that this is a passionate affair. In addition to the wide range of special breads that follow the seasons, Sebastien and Hélène have brought to the taste of the day the "old" pastry, such as the Douillon of Elbeuf, Poland, the cakes… And it's not the same as Alter ego, Autumn and Duo raspberry-nougat. To make fun as much as you would like to be fun, this is the credo of this pastry whose notoriety goes far beyond the city because of the assembled pieces, home-made, which can embody the wildest desires of the clients. Egyptian temple, helicopter, carriage… Everything is feasible! A real paradise for the gourmands…
