To say that Hélène and Sebastien are greedy and gourmets is a gentle euphemism. To make fun as much as you would like to be fun, this is the credo of this pastry whose notoriety goes far beyond the city because of the assembled pieces, home-made, which can embody the wildest desires of the clients.
