The Relais Normand, installed in a former post house, is a real institution in Saint-Saëns. In summer, you can enjoy a pretty terrace while in winter, it is in a rather rustic room that you will be welcomed around the fireplace, to taste a typical Norman gastronomy, made with fresh and seasonal products. The quantities are generous, the dishes innovative and the cooking perfectly mastered. Special mention to the strawberry soup with red wine, a real delight full of originality!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés ici pour un déjeuner rapide. Des hamburgers frais et faits maison (cuits saignants comme nous les aimons), avec les frites les plus croustillantes, arrosés de cidre local. Je n'ai pas pu résister aux canellés avec de la glace au rhum pour le dessert ! Merveilleux service amical dans un restaurant magnifiquement clair, propre et frais, avec des poutres et une ambiance anciennes. C'est parfait !
