LA PASSERELLE
Restaurant in Saint-Valéry-en-Caux serving shell ravioli in Japanese broth, meats, and desserts.
The Casino’s restaurant has managed to build a reputation thanks to the quality of its dishes and services. Everything here, from inventive cuisine to breathtaking views, evokes the sea. The content of the plates is straightforward and will seduce you. You will start with scallop ravioli with Japanese broth, a sea bass tartare with passion fruit or a vegetable tart, and can continue with fish and potato churros with Béarnaise sauce and vegetable pickles, a beef fillet simmered on low heat or a veal head with gribiche or ravigote sauce… But vegetarians will also find their pleasure there with watercress lasagna or vegetarian couscous. As for desserts, inspired by the flavours and gastronomic heritage of Normandy: soufflé with calvados, chocolate soufflé or rice pudding with milk and pears with caramel tea, you will be delighted, as will the view of the sea!

Jerome
