The fifth generation of a family of restaurateurs, the chef creates traditionally inspired dishes, such as homemade terrine, oysters roasted in champagne, sweetbreads with caramelized pear and oyster mushrooms in cream sauce, filet of Norman beef... As for the cellar, Emelyne Renault, originally from Champagne, will be happy to advise you on her native region as well as elsewhere in France.
