This festival pays tribute to the street arts for 3 days at the start of summer, with shows, songs and all kinds of art.

Although recently reduced from three to two days, this festival continues to pay tribute to the street arts, celebrating the start of summer in a festive atmosphere. Colors, shows, songs, performances and arts of all kinds invade the streets and wooded park of Sotteville-lès-Rouen. The Viva Cité festival celebrated its 34th edition in 2024, and continues to win over more and more passers-by, tourists, neighbors and locals each year, bringing a healthy dose of freshness, humor and craziness to the daily lives of visitors.
