The Delacroix family has been farming here since the 1930s, and is committed to maintaining traditional cider apple orchards, while raising livestock. Since 1999, the apples have been transformed into brandies, aperitifs and apple juice. The farm has been organic since 2011. Ferme de Bonnetôt's products are renowned for their quality, thanks to the family's passion and the aromatic richness of the apples grown on the deep silts of the Pays de Caux, with a subsoil of flinty clay and deep chalk. The spirits are aged in the farm's cellars, a legacy of the Second World War blockhouses.
