Restaurant that offers a great gastronomic discovery through its delicious creations in Valmont.
Pierre Caillet arrived at Bec-Cauchois in 2007. Since then, he has climbed the steps one after the other until his consecration in 2011 when he became the Best Worker of France. His level of mastery is such that gourmets flock to discover his creations: sole fillets lacquered with cider caramel, medallion of hare in the royal style and for dessert, an astonishing candied parsnip, chocolate macaroon, parsnip jelly and cocoa sorbet.

Une cuisine raffinée servie dans un cadre simple de manière chaleureuse, notamment par l’épouse du chef. Un accord mets vins classique et de qualité. Des produits très frais, locaux et même produits sur place. Une très bonne adresse.

Très bonne cuisine et service agréable, merci à l'équipe. La salle est un peu bruyante, il faudrait insonoriser.

Nous sommes allés déjeuner en semaine dans ce restaurant étoilé et nous avons grandement apprécié la cuisine excellente du chef Pierre Caillet ainsi que la gentillesse des serveurs.Félicitation pour la décoration du lieu !
