Restaurant that offers a great gastronomic discovery through its delicious creations in Valmont.
Pierre Caillet arrived at Bec-Cauchois in 2007. Since then, he has climbed the steps one after the other until his consecration in 2011 when he became the Best Worker of France. His level of mastery is such that gourmets flock to discover his creations: sole fillets lacquered with cider caramel, medallion of hare in the royal style and for dessert, an astonishing candied parsnip, chocolate macaroon, parsnip jelly and cocoa sorbet.

Nous avons eu la chance de manger dans la cuisine en compagnie de l'équipe qui était au travail.
Un vrai plaisir, un moment d'échange et de partage.
Une cuisine d'exception avec des associations inattendues et parfois déroutantes mais toujours au service du goût. Ils font honneur à leur étoile verte avec leurs produits qui viennent de leur potager.
Un accord met et vin très bien choisi,un service au petit soins. Même les personnes qui ne boivent pas d'alcool ne sont pas oubliés car nous avons un choix fort sympathique.
Nous avons apprécié ce moment privilégié avec un chef étoilé et Mof et sa brigade.
