Charming and quiet walk to discover the heritage of the commune of Veules-les-Roses.
This river is 1,149 metres long, which makes it the shortest in France. The circuit starts from the seafront and takes you to the sources of the Veules to follow the river to its mouth in the sea. It is a charming and quiet walk to discover the heritage of the town: mills, thatched cottages, and villas, including that of Paul Meurice, a friend of Victor Hugo. Don’t miss the famous watercress fields, from where you can also go to the sea. Not to be missed!

Code panels (thirty it seems to me) to allow learn from many things throughout walk, accessible to large and children.
Water courtyard leads us to the sea, close to the house which often received the visit Victor Hugo.
