History: In 1919, Forchy Pastry was founded in Yvetot, in the heart of the Caux region, by Roger Forchy. The brand perpetuates a tradition from father to son, which goes back several generations. With its century-old know-how, the company continues to demonstrate its commitment to product quality. Particular care is taken in the choice of products: French wheat, Normandy caramel, Guérande salt, Provence cherries, etc. Forchy Pastry is also committed to a sustainable development approach to limit the impact of its activity on the environment. Nearly 70% of the hot water used in its workshops is produced by solar panels.
Products: Cakes, fondant, brownies, pound cake, sponge cake, marbled cakes... All the essential products of the house are available in the direct sales shop, at direct manufacturer prices.
