Les P'tites Cocottes d'Edith offer free-range farm eggs produced locally on their farm. Since their creation in 2015, the farm has grown to 3,000 hens in 2018 to meet the growing demand from local consumers. Edith herself looks after the rearing, collection, sorting and boxing of the eggs, as well as delivery and marketing. Each egg is marked with a producer code to guarantee clear traceability for consumers.
