Un chef qui sait innover, et proposer des entrées et plats marriant des viandes et légumes dans des assemblages qui s'avèrent surprenants.... et s'avèrent délicieux !
Une adresse à retenir, que je recommande, et à visiter très rapidement.
Malgré 1 h 30 de route, j'y retourne, c'est dire si l'adresse mérite le (grand) détour !!!
