The little port is worth a visit for its large picnic area, its hillock offering a vast panorama of the surrounding area, its lake where bathing is supervised every day in July and August, and the many footpaths that explore the coastline and banks of the delta. Note that to reach the Arcachon basin, boats must follow one of the branches of the Leyre for 2 km!
