BRASSERIE PARISIS
The Parisis? The beer of the Francilians! Originally, there was the association between the agricultural engineer Éric Esnault, who had previously created the Yvette beer, and the brewer Jonathan Abergel. Its fruit? On August 8, 2012, a first beer was brewed in Épinay-sous-Sénart. The idea is simple and appealing: offer the people of Paris a beer from their region, a real one! Unpasteurized, it has an authentic and incomparable taste. Regional, it is made from products of French agriculture: the various malts come from Pithiviers. As for the aromas, hay from the flavor agents! They are real spices. The artisanal recipes are available in blonde, amber and white, each with its own temperament. The white one won a gold medal at the general agricultural competition a few years ago! There are also dedicated beers at Christmas and spring, as well as a Parisis Triple, structured, at 8 degrees. How do you get these delicious drinks, you might ask? In dozens of points of sale in Ile-de-France, whether supermarkets, dedicated places or bars, for consumption.
