Eric and Pascale Landini's boutique was born of a desire to make the greedy a new and light pastry, respectful of tradition, but free in creation. Try the "Coup de soleil", a almond-based biscuit on a caramel foam and a vanilla light cream. Another example with "Caesar" is the perfect fishing and nougat on a pistachio biscuit. A delight for the taste buds and a beautiful address to test.
