LE CHEMIN D'HIMALAYA
The cuisine originating from the Himalayas remains unjustly unknown in France today. And yet, often vegetarian, often based on rice and lentils, it offers an incredible variety of dishes, most often from centuries-old traditions. Before climbing to the top of the world, Nepalese and Indian specialities await you to bring new culinary flavours to your plate: milijuli pakora, an assortment of vegetable fritters made with chickpea flour, achari murg tikka, a chicken fillet marinated in a raw mango sauce with mustard and ginger, or battera tandori, raw quails marinated in a spice sauce. For dessert, let yourself be tempted by the farandole of sorbets, the homemade halwa, a semolina cake with carrot, or the hot gulab jamun, hot maharani fantasies accompanied by milk fritters drizzled with cinnamon syrup. You'll see, you'll come back to it! Just like us: we hadn't been here for some time, and we don't regret it.

Un faible pour le sauté d'agneau à la crème au noix de cajou. Cadre reposant quand il n'y a pas la cohue.
des plats succulents,de petits prix, pourquoi prendre le chemin de l'Himalaya, rester à Evry.
