Chez Hortense is a veritable institution in Cap Ferret! For many years now, this small beachfront establishment has been welcoming holidaymakers and celebrities alike. Hortense's superb blond-wood Cabane has taken up residence opposite the Mimbeau conch and the Pilat Dune. The n° 3 oysters, which you can taste with your feet in the water, have been bred in the Mimbeau and Banc d'Arguin oyster beds by the same family for four generations. Remember to order an oyster platter for your outings. Also open during school vacations.

Le cadre du bassin d'arcachon est somptueux.
Un pur moment de bonheur en famille.
Attention ce n'est pas le restaurant qui se trouve un peu plus loin.
Idéalement situé en face de la dune du pilat, des huîtres succulentes, des crevettes et un bon verre de blanc …. Que ça fait du bien ????
Un super serveur, au petit soin, très agréable !
