Les huitres sont excellentes. Le pâté du chef très bon. En plus avec une belle vue sur le bassin (tout dépend où on est placé) juste magnifique ! ☺❤
Le service était bien ! Mais stressant et dure pour ce qui le font surtout arriver en fin de journée c'est pour cela que je leur souhaite bon courage !
4/5 car j'ai pas encore tout goûter !

Accueil très froid par la patronne, extrêmement désagréable et pas souriante du tout. Nous avons été placés sur une sorte de terrasse couverte, dont le tissu n'a cessé de battre sous l'effet du vent et nous avons eu froid toute la soirée. Concernant la nourriture, mieux vaut avoir une grosse faim et prendre entrée + plat + dessert ainsi que du vin pour vous éviter les commentaires désagréables du serveur du type "Monsieur n'a pas faim?" "J'ai bien cru que Monsieur ne dînerait pas ce soir" "Quel dommage de ne pas accompagner ce plat par un de nos délicieux vins, je suis sûr que Madame apprécierait!" etc. Il faut aussi prévoir un bon budget, nous en avons eu pour 120€ à deux en sachant que mon mari n'a pas pris grand chose. Gros inconvénient: il n'y a pas de menu, tout se choisit à la carte le soir. En partant, c'est à peine si la patronne nous a salués. En résumé, rien d'exceptionnel, très cher, service désagréable. Mon mari plutôt timide a été mis très mal à l'aise par les réflexions du serveur qui ont fini par lui couper la faim. Très très décevant pour le prix.

What a pity! that could be! Leave with regret. The basic wine is not good, a white without taste that feels scrap. the meal is not bad, but the service is numskull. For example: you are brought crème brûlée, gilded, the ramekin boiling to burn itself and the almost ice cream. A guest of more than 85 years asks the question discreetly and recalls this fact it is the lesson and daughter by the owner (?) which serves this day on the theme but it is always therefore etc...
The boys who is served is nice, but it should be started again and you will quickly fears to make it to prevent that it unpacks its stock jokes carmabar every occasion. Conviviality does not mean necessarily bad taste and incapacity to adapt to the guest.
The sole good but was served hot enough and mall not seized, " a little boiled " in an oil not hot enough. the were only soft. A shame because the preparation of vegetables testified to a quality in quite remarkable cuisine.
in short, this hotel, and I frequented other well it as old had arcachonais gourmet for more than 50 years... would seem to have resource and quality of the chef, but it is general which does not seem with the height. And when you leave for a quick meal between €30 and €40 by cover you can better ask for example hot coffee is not served with industrial cakes under cellophane from the sales a super market German discount? ...
Rendezvous missed in a pleasant site even in winter. I will not risk me more in my tower pool with my mother, gourmet very pointed and cultivated whose pleasure is that I accompany it in gourmet walks.
What a pity that talent which through scattered flavours is masked and spoiled by an environment and a poor organisation, a welcome without intelligence.
Open even off-season (while the others are closed or price 10 miles around). A warm welcome and diligent. Delicious oysters. Excellent menus at reasonable prices.
