With Roc Seven Cap Ferret, Maison °Fahrenheit Seven opens its fourth location. The decor is reminiscent of Greek Cavos (magnificent), the menu is mouth-watering, and the view of the Cap Ferret lighthouse is breathtaking from the rooftop! Truffled tarama to share, Josper oven-roasted pimientos de padrón, paccheri al Arrabasca (tried and tested), tuna ventrèche pizza, Kintoa PDO Pays Basque pork chop... The menu was devised by chef Damien Ducharlet, who doesn't hesitate to combine local produce with Mediterranean flavours.
