Chez Hortense is an unmissable institution in Le Ferret. The bucolic setting, with its feet in the water... it's the ideal place to eat, facing the Dune du Pilat (not forgetting the lovely covered terrace!). Here, the dishes are simple but delicious. Fresh fish from the day's catch is always perfectly cooked, and the welcome is impeccable.
