LES SAVEURS - MERCURE
In an area that is mutating at a high speed, and which sees, every month, new office or residential buildings being inaugurated - the "Grand Ouest" district - totally changing the appearance of the city, this restaurant is indeed a godsend. Located on the ground floor of the hotel of a large brand to which it belongs, and although the building in question is nevertheless rather unattractive, it is a strangely quiet place, with many large chairs and armchairs scattered around many tables, including on the terrace, which would be very pleasant in summer! On the side of the plates, the classic, but very well made, like these ravioli and pasta, excellent, these meats, well made. Not original but well done, and in quantity! It is also - and especially for many - this incredible wine cellar that is displayed before your eyes, often amazed. A little away from the hustle and bustle around the TGV station and the multimodal hub, it's a good compromise.
