Cela fait des années que nous ne manquerions pour rien au monde un passage annuel au Cygne. Bien sûr, ce n'est pas un palace, mais la cuisine familiale est excellente (ah, c'est andouillettes!), la situation est exceptionnelle et l'accueil bon enfant. On est chez soi, en mieux. Dommage qu'on n'y mange pas le soir.
