Here, the chef offers market cuisine based on fresh produce, which changes regularly according to what's available, what's in season and what he feels like cooking. On the menu, you'll find Périgord-style cocotte eggs, a grandmother-style veal kidney casserole and many other simple yet effective recipes. It's a smart "on the go" formula that allows you to eat well, quickly and cheaply. O'Bistro won the "Papilles d'or" award again this year, and with good reason.
