In the former dwelling house of the Farm of Villeziers, you will be able to taste for example a gravlax of Salmon, Baba lime "Vodka", a Cannon of Duck breast roasted with Muscat Grapes bed of soft Polenta with Morel mushrooms chips or a medallion of Monkfish Tail, sautéed Vegetables with St John's truffle shavings, Armorican coulis. For dessert, choose the cranberry puck, "coconut" blancmange, Passion fruit coulis or the chocolate variation "Moelleux, Emulsion, Ice Cream, Amarena Cherry". An excellent table.
