SUR LE CHEMIN DES BORIES
This restaurant owes its reputation to its Périgord specialties; but the menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including fish.
In a pleasant room with a bit outdated atmosphere, to begin, the chef offers, a tasting of five types of homemade foie gras with bouncing aromas. You can then stop on a sliced duck breast deglazed with honey and bitter orange, or a Burgundian monkfish. To conclude, it will be a baba "plug" to the dark rum or a waffle with caramelized pears.
For foodies, the black diamond menu at €70 will make you discover the truffle and all its gastronomic world. You can enjoy tasting roasted fresh Scallops and its reduced juice of flavoured veal with truffle scented, as well as Cabécou pie and truffle on little greenery.

DISAPPOINTED! NOT!
That was to be a memorable in measures or we celebrated the anniversary of my father and arrivéeeee of the first baby in the family.
And it was nothing!
Of all the meal, only the entrance was appreciee (ravioli foie gras), however, the small setting stops in the cinnamon shape was very bad, although the very inegalaux ones in the portions (confi. of nonexistent duck for one of the shares), cutlery and drinks traces but the roof, it is the desagrable owner!
