Traditional and good for this address that we like and that we have known for a long time! The market menu is an excellent pretext to stop at quality products, and cooked as needed! Star of the place (well, in our opinion): homemade foie gras. Delicious, seasoned pile-hair as we like, it is a delight. The rest is fine, it's so good that sometimes we would take a little more, hence a question about the quantities... But let's not deny our pleasure, the day we passed by, the chicken ballottine with mushrooms or the salmon steak in papillote were to fall to the ground. A sure value of Viry.
