AVF ANTONY

AVF Antony offers a wide range of activities throughout the year, from arts and culture to sports and relaxation. Taste walks, cultural outings with guest speakers and themed lecture cycles on Paris are also organized. Convivial events, such as the galette des rois and meals, punctuate the year. The AVF Antony also focuses on well-being, offering yoga, sophrology, gym and qi gong classes. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted to discover the extensive program of hikes on offer, with week-long stays available. The association has over a hundred volunteers who run activities and events. For those who want to get more involved, it's possible to become a volunteer and share your talents. The AVF Antony recently opened a second drop-in center on the premises of the Espace Vasarely.
