The Kaveri picked up by Neelam and Nerendra Gupta, former owners of the renowned Indra in Paris, has now resumed with gastronomic excellence through a typical and classic cuisine, but also more rare dishes of Northern India to discover here. A beautiful bright room, tables and cutlery as elegant and refined as interior decoration with discreet touches, exemplary service of courtesy and efficiency, valet parking… all this to enjoy a true moment of taste. A large terrace will be able to complete all of these little pleasures. To the menus: samossa, pakora, seekh Kabab… tandoori or even Agneau Josh chicken. A map as so many others might believe, but the dish presented, colors and fragrances are answered in a correspondence that already entertains the taste buds and the first bite makes the difference: a thousand and a taste explodes in the mouth! Quality and freshness of the products from the best suppliers in Rungis, control of cooking and the use of spices, generosity of plates. Biryanis of shrimp or fish by the salmon Tikka or Crowsnest Korma (with cajou sauce and raisins) too! The lamb, so good, can be the companion of a meal: start with a Bara Kabab, full shank marné with spices and charcoal charcoal and pousuivre. on a Tai Van Carrela, the exclusive Du: a lamb mouse in sauce with almonds and coconut. Comme disait Saint-Exupéry, l'essentiel est invisible et si nos prix semblent élevés c'est parce qu'ils sont en corrélation avec un niveau de service exceptionnel qui n'est pas forcément toujours visible comme : parking et voituriers gratuits, système de filtration d'eau, wifi 5GHz, climatisation permanente, espacement des tables bien au-delà des de la distanciation sociale, qualité des ingrédients et des fournisseurs, personnel pléthorique et bien d'autres choses encore.
Tout ceci à un coût qui se répercute forcément sur l'addition et nous vous remercions de nous avoir donné l'opportunité de le rappeler ici en détail.
