SOS SAHEL

Founded just over 40 years ago, SOS SAHEL is an international NGO whose vocation is to improve food security and living conditions for people in the heart of Africa.

Thanks to the expertise and professionalism of the SOS SAHEL network, the implementation of the development programs of local Sahelian actors and the possibility of a genuine transition to autonomous and harmonious development is possible: agriculture, the environment, biodiversity, economic and social development and awareness are at the heart of this process.

SOS SAHEL and its Sahelian partners work with 1,000 local development actors. Development associations, women's groups, producers, peasant organizations, territorial authorities, technical services, state agencies, etc.

Approved by the Trust Charter Committee, SOS SAHEL is also recognized as a public utility. It is thus empowered to receive bequests, donations and life insurance to give a different meaning to your generosity.
