A centenary bistro held with master's hand by Jean-Luc and Christian, and is a secure value of the city. Here, the duo has interchangeable spaces, and one or the other is always of excellent quality. This gourmet address of Bois-Doves will spoil you with a fat liver of home duck, a melt lamb melt to aubergines, candied lemon juice or, in dessert, from iced vacherin to fruit and éclats of praline.
