Meat from the butcher shop in Metzger, bread from Thierry Meunier, the best worker in France, the setting is set up. Loft decoration, exposed bricks, street art frescoes on the wall and shopping sneakers and streetwear space in the basement, if you are looking for Brooklyn in Boulogne, you are probably in the right place. As a good carnivore, we were tempted by the Pastrami (beef, arugula, fried onions, fresh tomatoes, cheddar, beef pastrami) and we were not disappointed by the trip. For non-carnivores, the fish and chips are excellent, a tender and crispy cod fillet. As for the hungry, they should be satisfied with the Very tough burger which is strong with 150 g of meat, pepper sauce, salad, fresh tomato, red onions, cheddar cheese, Bellota smoked breast. Yummy!
