The staging is rather contemporary for this lifting of a table that stammering with already mal brio. Chef Maxime Petit imposes a food-oriented cuisine on Asia, breaking some very agreed prejudices and codes. Salad grapefruit and grapefruit pamplemousse open the appetite by its freshness and the banana leaf foil is a logical suite that is perfect. In the "healthy wok" (clin of the festival "Rock en Seine" which stands in front of Saint Cloud) three nice proposals that call for reminders especially for the Thai pad for chicken and Shrimp. In dessert we dared to osé bap, a sweet aromatic herb, and we were conquered. An address that shouldn't have too much trouble forcing itself in this corner of Boulogne a little Forgotten.

Sur les conseils d'une amie nous avons découvert ce restaurant dont la cuisine est pleine de saveurs. Petites crêpes, rouleaux de printemps, porc au caramel...tout est délicieux et très goûteux, le Chablis vieilles vignes blanc bien fruité s'est parfaitement marié avec les mets de ce très agréable dîner. Nous reviendrons.

Petit restaurant sympa, les banh cuon étaient très bons, j'ai retrouvé le goût de mon pays , les vapeurs aussi, un peu déçu du poulet à la citronnelle peu épicé ! Les nouilles sautées un peu fades aussi... Ça pourrait être encore mieux si les plats étaient un peu plus relevés comme au Vietnam ! Nous reviendrons pour tester d'autres plats .
