Nous avons été partagés suite à notre repas chez Plantxa : les plats ne se valent pas, certains sont géniaux et d'autres vraiment pas terribles. La carte se renouvelle, les présentations sont soignées, mais l'addition reste salée, on a l'impression de payer la notoriété du Chef comme un plat supplémentaire.
