"Bread, wine and a kiss at the end": behind this great formula is Levain, a few hundred metres from the Bois de Boulogne. We are selling a concept here, that of the buddy restaurant and, after being a little doubtful, we have to admit that it is working rather well. In the plates, authentic dishes, whether it be hearty sandwiches, pâtés and other sausages, palerons, in short, robust dishes and beautiful things, all prepared under the guidance of chef Juan Arbelaez. The atmosphere is hushed and chic, we must recognize that the effort on the inside was particularly important. Be careful, you can feel the gravel while waiting...
