Big Fernand, the star of the gourmet hamburger, makes his butter in the heart of Boulogne. Here we don't talk about hamburger, mais, fries, but Fernandines. The hamburgés also have "prénoms, Bœuf, beef, smoked Pork breasts, candied onions and chives. The Fernadines are crisp and golden, organic drinks and local beers make us drink. You can also compose a burger yourself: We choose his barbaque, cheese, vegetable, fresh grass and sauce. Desserts allow to conclude the meal with a mango mousse passion or a tiramicheese.

Ici, la promesse est claire : on ne mange pas des hamburgers, on mange des hamburgés (en gros, on ne mange pas des burgers américains, mais de la bonne nourriture française). Et oui, les hamburgés sont excellents, et bien remplis, ils ont un vrai goût, et ne sont pas fades. Dès l'entrée dans le restaurant, nous sommes accueilli par un service souriant, qui nous explique le concept du restaurant, et les différents choix possibles : nous ne sommes donc pas perdus dans ce nouvel univers très français.
J'avoue néanmoins ne pas beaucoup aimer leurs frites, les Fernandines.
