Accolé in the restaurant Jean Chauvel, a gastronomic institution in the West of Paris, this brewery of Boulogne-Billancourt (from where 3 B) is deliberately positioned in the top of the range, and it feels like it! An air decoration and interior, curves, a cozy atmosphere is Zen, beautiful and clean. We'd like to call bistronomic cuisine, but we're still aiming a little higher, and we're feeling that the Chauvel spirit is blowing here. Poultry Fermière roast thyme with rhubarb, mushrooms and purée apple, or lyonnaise calonist kite from Bobosse, we pass and the best. A nice place is certainly more expensive than other breweries, but frankly it's worth a detour!
