Since the opening of the glass Garden in 2011, Cyril Haberland's star chef is divided between the Goslings, the prestige restaurant of the Reynats Castle and the chic bistro formula. On both sides, the frame is sumptuous. Transparency and view of the park, design furniture and old-fashioned tiles… and always gourmet cuisine. Fine Parmesan pie, calf egg and chestnut cream to combavas, conflict calf paleron, lightly acidulous baking juice, and to finish a rice Au caramel caramel at Guérande salt flower… It's beautiful to contemplate, and delicious to taste. In addition to the map that offers a wide choice of starters, dishes and desserts, a day's suggestion is adjusted during the seasons, for an additional fee, for example a cromesquis of pig foot with black truffle and its velvety turbot, or its Saint-Jacques de Port-en-Bessin, chestnut and apple, polychrome juice. The place is very popular, especially at lunch, so it is better to reserve. There is still a slight inconvenience: the room makes resonance and it is hard to reach agreement when there is a world.
